Membership Agreement

TIX4STUDENTS.COM is a membership program offered by Fan Sourcing LLC dba TIX4STUDENTS.COM (“T4S”) that provides members with online access to purchase student priced tickets for live events offered by participating partners.  The live events may include, but are not limited to, the categories of Theatre, Music, Sports, Dance, Comedy and Other events in the United States.

Eligibility
Applicants must be currently enrolled (part time or full time) in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.  Applicants must also be at least 18 years old to be eligible for membership.  TIX4STUDENTS, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to limit the number of memberships available for purchase at any time.

Membership application and verification
Upon submission of a complete membership application, your student status will be verified and registration reviewed to be sure you meet eligibility requirements.  Prior to reviewing your application, you will need to validate your e-mail address.  After your registration is approved, you will be confirmed as a member provided that memberships are still available at the time you apply and your account will be activated.  After the account is activated, you will be assigned a unique identification number (“Member ID”).  The Member ID also serves as the passcode to unlock student pricing for most of the events listed on the site.

When registering for membership, you will be asked to create a password to view your account. You may not select a password that violates anyone’s rights or one that, in T4S’s sole discretion, T4S considers offensive, improper or inappropriate. If you do so, T4S may modify or delete it.

Each membership is for a single member only. T4S does not permit the sharing of your member ID, password or special pricing with any other person. If T4S reasonably believes that any of these items are being used in any of these ways, T4S reserves the right to cancel your membership immediately and your application fee will not be refunded.

Membership Fee
The current retail price for a membership (the ” Fee”) is $0.00* per member and provides access to the student prices for a minimum of six months from the date of being accepted as a member.  At the time of registration, Applicants will be asked to provide credit card information which will be used to collect the membership fee so that if you are accepted as a member, the membership fee mentioned above is charged.  The membership is valid for a period of at least six (6) months from the date of account activation.

* T4S reserves the right to waive or change membership fees at any time for promotional reasons or any other reasons.  If you are not asked to enter your credit card information at the time of registration, you will not be charged a fee for membership. T4S reserves the right to modify the Fee at any time for any reason in its sole discretion without notice.

Member ID Use
Your Member ID is your passcode to student pricing.  The Member ID is nontransferable and may only be used by the person whose name is associated with the name on the TIX4STUDENTS account.  In order to purchase the special online pricing through our partners you will be asked to enter your member ID at the online partner’s official ticketing website.

T4S and participating partners are independent contractors. T4S is not liable for any products or services provided by these partners.

Any use of the T4S member ID, or the associated benefits and pricing, in a manner that violates the rules or regulations of any participating online partner is prohibited by this Agreement and is grounds for termination of your T4S Membership. Members may not use their Member ID to purchase tickets at student prices with the intention of re-selling the tickets at a higher price.  T4S reserves the right to cancel your member rights immediately in the event of such a violation.

Expiration and Cancellation
Your membership will expire on the date indicated in your member profile, which is at least six (6) months from the date of account activation. T4S reserves the right to terminate your membership at any given point in time if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement.

Renewal of Membership
Members may extend their membership by submitting a renewal request.  The current retail price of the renewal fee to apply for a subsequent membership (the ” Fee”) will be at the prevailing membership rate (refer to “Membership Fee” for more details).  Once approved, the renewal of a membership is valid for a period of at least six (6) months from the date of account activation.

Refunds
There are no refunds for membership fees.

In the event T4S has terminated your membership due to improper conduct or breach of the terms of this Membership Agreement or the Terms and Conditions for Use of the Site, your application fee will not be refunded as non-compliance and/or violation of these terms forfeits the rights enjoyed as a privilege of membership.

The TIX4STUDENTS.com website
The TIX4STUDENTS.com Web site (the “Site”) offers the most up-to-date information on student pricing offered by participating partners.  We take reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of our event listings aggregated from our database of partners. However, T4S is not responsible for third parties’ restrictions or changes to their offers not communicated to T4S. As a member, you will have to login to access certain sections of the Site, using your e-mail address and password when you registered.  If you forget your password, upon verification that you are the rightful owner of the account, T4S, will e-mail your password to the e-mail address you provided during the application process.

You may access the Site to edit and update your account information and communication preferences. When changing information on your account you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

When you wish to purchase tickets online, you will be directed to the partner’s official ticketing site, and you will be required to enter your Member ID in order to purchase the tickets at the student price.  Even though T4S takes efforts to keep the listing of events up to date, T4S is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information regarding the event listing and its pricing. You may submit corrections to event listings by contacting us.

For questions, concerns or suggestions contact us and a representative will respond to your e-mail within 72 hours. In addition, as a member you agree to be bound by Terms and Conditions for Use of the Site.

Third Party Disputes 
T4S is not responsible if a third party partner changes or discontinues its student pricing. If you have a dispute with a partner to report, T4S will take commercially reasonable efforts to solve the dispute on your behalf, however, there is no guarantee that T4S will resolve the dispute in a way that the Member deems satisfactory.

You may report disputes with partners by contacting Member Services. All reports must be submitted in written form with the following information: Show Name, date of purchase or attempted purchase, event date purchased or attempted to purchase, the student price paid or denied and other information that will help us understand the reason for your dispute.

T4S and its partners are independent contractors. T4S IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH ANY THIRD PARTY PARTNER OF THE TIX4STUDENTS PROGRAM, OR FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR INACCURACY IN ADVERTISING MATERIAL OR FOR ANY LIABILITY RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM A PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY ANY PARTNER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE TIX4STUDENTS PROGRAM.

E-mail Policy and Communication Preferences 
Members have the option to receive TIX4STUDENTS e-mail updates.  T4S uses these updates to provide notices of updates when new events are added, newsletters, special offers, site upgrades, new features, events, promotions and more. We may also use contact information from the application form to verify your status with your college. You have the option to e-mail us to opt out from receiving these e-mails using the link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail you may receive.  Members may also update these preferences logging into their account.

T4S reserves the right to e-mail you with information essential to your participation in our program (for example, information on lost passwords and member expiration/renewal).  The e-mails are known as “transactional e-mails” and you will not have the option to opt-out of e-mails of this nature.

Changes to offers or Partners
Offers made available through the TIX4STUDENTS may change from time to time. T4S reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the offers and/or participating partners at any time. In addition, partners may elect to change offers from time to time. T4S will make commercially reasonable efforts to make appropriate updates to the Site to reflect offer and/or partner changes. For a listing of current offers, members should visit the event listing page. If you become aware of a discontinued offer listed, please notify T4S we undertake no obligation to provide a replacement or substitute offer for any offer discontinued.

General
Fan Sourcing LLC reserves the right to change the Membership Agreement at any time at its sole discretion.  Members will be notified of all material changes to this agreement.  T4S may deny access to the Site to anyone at any time.
